«Pétrole contre nourriture» : une décision qui illustre les difficultés en matière de répression de la corruption internationale

La Cour de cassation a rendu, le 14 mars dernier, un arrêt dans l'affaire «Pétrole contre nourriture» qui illustre les nombreuses problématiques posées dans les affaires de corruption internationale. Cet arrêt démontre l'insécurité juridique dans laquelle se trouvent les justiciables en raison du caractère extraterritorial de l'infraction de corruption d'agents publics étrangers, qui peut être réprimée dans plusieurs Etats.
