Eversheds Sutherland has advised Connecting Capital

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised Connecting Capital on their acquisition of a majority stake in VA Gruppen including subsidiaries. The seller reinvested a substantial part of the purchase price in connection with the transaction. 

    VA Gruppen is a leading company active within water and sewer systems in Southern Sweden. The company has a turnover of approximately MSEK 360 and employs some 150 staff. 

    Connecting Capital, founded in 2009, is a Swedish investment company majority owned by Nils Bergström.
