    Eversheds Sutherland advised ZignSec on its directed issue of shares, raising SEK 141 million.
    Vator Securities acted as global coordinator and sole bookrunner.
      
    Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted of Kevin Holmkvist, Rasmus Nordfäldt Laws and Johan Engström.

     

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised ZignSec AB (publ) in connection with ZignSec entering into an agreement to acquire the Web Shield Group, with offices and operations in the United Kingdom, Germany and Poland. Web Shield is a leading RegTech company with cutting-edge expertise in real-time onboarding, compliance and monitoring.

    Eversheds Sutherland’s team consisted of Jens André and Victor Sundh with assistance of colleagues in the United Kingdom, Germany and Poland, led by Robin Johnson and Laura Allsop (UK), Maximilian Findeisen (Germany) and Ewa Szlachetka (Poland).
