Eversheds Sutherland has advised the owner of Takakustik i Stockholm

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised the owner of Takakustik i Stockholm AB in connection with the entering into of an agreement to divest all shares in the company to Vestum AB (publ), through a subsidiary. 

    During the last twelve months, per June 2021, Takakustik generated sales of SEK 96.3m with an EBITDA of SEK 9.0m, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 9.3 percent.  

    Takakustik delivers complete solutions in suspended ceilings and acoustics to customers primarily in the Stockholm region and currently employs 68 staff.
