    Eversheds Sutherland has advised the owners of ZBC Holding AB in connection with them entering into agreement to divest, together with the minority share held by Enfo Sweden AB, all shares in Zuite Business Consulting AB to Norway based Pearl Group AS.   

    Together the combined group will form the largest IT-partner in the Nordics for SAP-clients, with some 250 staff and a combined turnover of 430 MSEK based on 2020 figures, with business in Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Ukraine and Singapore.
