28-05-2020
Global law firm Eversheds Sutherland advised Gårdssällskapet, a Swedish online retailer for organic meat, in its digital market entry into Germany and the foundation of the online business (www.gruenebauern.de). The international Eversheds Sutherland team provided comprehensive advice to Gårdssällskapet with regards to corporate law, the management participation, regulatory requirements, IP issues and tax.

Kenny von Walden, CEO of Gårdssällskapet Group, said: “We highly appreciate the support of Eversheds Sutherland in entering Germany. We see Germany as a market with high ecological awareness and consumers having high standards of quality and level of service. We had a plenty of issues to be solved and have always received valuable legal advices regarding everything what is needed for the business start.
