Workshop on Employment Restructuring

A workshop entitled “Reorganization and Rightsizing of Employment: Managing Change Without Harm to the Company’s Finances or Image.” The event is organized by Informedia Polska.

During the workshop, participants will learn about how to properly diagnose areas requiring reorganization and conduct restructuring processes, as well as how to negotiate effectively with labour unions.

Our law firm will be represented at the event by Ewa Łachowska-Brol, legal adviser, who heads the firm’s labour law team. During the workshop, she will present the legal aspects of employment restructuring, including:

  • Rights of the employer and the employee
  • Establishing criteria for staff cuts
  • Liability during employment restructuring
  • The most common grounds for litigation between the employer and employees.
