Defence Procurement Opportunities in Poland

A briefing entitled “Defence Procurement Opportunities in Poland” will be held on 25 February 2013 in London. The event is organized by British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, UK Trade & Investment, Council of British Chambers of Commerce in Europe, and ADS Group Limited.

The briefing will be divided into 3 main parts: lectures on selected topics, panel discussion, and Q&A session. During the event potential contractors will have an opportunity to learn about Polish defence procurement market.

Our law firm will be represented by Tomasz Zalewski, Partner managing the Public Procurement Team. During his presentation entitled “The directive and Poland”, he will address the following topics:

  • the way of implementation of the directive in Poland
  • national defence-industry protectionism and Article 346
  • Polish defence procurement culture.
