The Public Law department is led by two highly qualified partners with a vast experience of the public sector.

The lawyers in the team have an in-depth practical knowledge of the public sector, administrative procedures and the regulatory framework of the major industry sectors. They also have significant experience in representing and defending clients’ interests in contentious administrative proceedings as well as in proceedings before, amongst others, administrative tribunals handling claims concerning public procurement processes, regulatory agencies, the Spanish Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Our services
