Perspective is Eversheds Sutherland's LGBT+ and supporters (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans*) employee network.

Our mission

Support LGBT+ and straight supporter colleagues

Perspective provides a forum for and a support network to all lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans* ("LGBT+") colleagues at Eversheds Sutherland. Perspective is here to encourage all employees and partners at Eversheds Sutherland to be their true selves at work, building a more unified, cohesive and supportive employee body.

Educate

Perspective is here to raise awareness of issues facing the LGBT+ community and to educate and offer training to all colleagues about LGBT+ issues both within the workplace and the wider community.

Support LGBT+ charities

In support of the firm's Corporate Social Responsibility commitment, Perspective aims to make a contribution to the wider LGBT+ community by supporting charitable events and raising awareness and funds for LGBT+ charities, such as Stonewall, the LGBT Foundation, the Albert Kennedy Trust, and the Terrence Higgins Trust.
