Practice notes

Huda is an associate in the litigation and dispute management practice in the Riyadh office. Huda advises public and private sector entities on a variety of legal matters and issues relating to the laws of Saudi Arabia.

Huda’s experience includes handling litigation in both Arabic and English before all courts, including courts of first instance, appellate courts, Board of Grievances and other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies. She also provides legal advice supported by detailed and coherent memorandums on various subjects, such as enforcement of arbitration awards and judgments in Saudi Arabia.

Huda is fluent in Arabic and English.
