Represented a large Dutch PE-fund in the acquisition and investment in a Swedish IT-company; represented the seller (company) of a real estate held by an SPV to Ikano Bostad AB (IKEA-group); regularly assists listed and non-listed companies in e.g. share issues etc.

Gabriel is a regular speaker at various seminars for inter alia accountants in relation to M&A and company law including shareholders agreements.
