Catherine is a principal associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management group with 13 years contentious litigation experience. She specialises in contentious construction work and also advises on non-contentious construction projects, working for both public and private sector clients.

Catherine's recent experience includes acting for central government bodies and transport companies in relation to disputes arising out of transport infrastructure projects, advising construction companies on disputes with sub-contractors and third party suppliers, preparing and negotiating project documentation for construction projects on behalf of educational establishments and developers and advising funders in relation to lending on a number of development projects.
