Lee is a solicitor in our Human Resources Practice Group, he is experienced in employment law and employment-related issues.

Lee is an experienced Employment Tribunal litigator who has been appearing regularly in Tribunal since 2009. Lee also advises on strategic Human Resources projects (such as redundancies, intra-group transfers, the changing of terms and conditions), day-to-day employment law issues (such as employee rights, dismissals, grievances), the employment law aspects of share and asset sales and purchases, and employee data protection issues such as responding to data subject access requests.
