Catherine is an associate in the pensions team in Leeds within our Employment, Labor and Pensions Group, having qualified as a solicitor in December 2020. She advises on a broad range of pensions-related matters for employers and trustees, including member queries and queries in connection with the interpretation of rules, legal and governance requirements. She also assists with drafting of pensions documents including deeds of appointment and removal, amendment, participation and merger, data sharing agreements and trustee policy documents.
Catherine also assists with production of client training materials including recently in relation to GMP Equalisation and was instrumental in the organisation of an international conference involving ten jurisdictions which covered ESG and climate change, post-pandemic benefits, global mobility, cyber security and international data transfers.
Catherine is a native French speaker, bilingual member of the Pensions International Group and an associate member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers.
English qualified.
Catherine completed her MA in International Education Management at The University of Leeds and her MSc in Law and Business Management at The University of Law.
