Ian is a legal director in our real estate practice group specialising in complex, high value urban regeneration and development projects, joint ventures/PPPs, mixed use schemes, business parks and housing schemes.

His experience encompasses acting for local authorities, central government and NHS Trusts through to private developers.

Ian has advised on projects such as stadium redevelopment, transformational strategic developments in the North West and a nationally significant project in East London.
