Chiara is an associate in our financial services group. She has experience in a range of investment funds and regulatory work. Chiara practices in a variety of areas of the group, with an emphasis on advising unauthorised funds and public and private sector pension schemes, as well as providing general regulatory advice. Chiara's clients typically include asset managers, banks and institutional investors (including pension schemes).

Chiara conducts due diligence on a range of funds, including UCITS, hedge funds and private equity funds and negotiates fund documentation and side letters in respect of such investments. Chiara provides general regulatory advice, including on the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), the European Markets and Infrastructure Directive (EMIR) and the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II).
