Robert is a Principal Associate in our real estate practice group. He has over 33 years’ experience in all aspects of non-contentious commercial real estate work, specialising in the acquisition, disposal and letting of retail, industrial and leisure investment property, asset management and the real estate elements of secured lending for pension funds and other commercial clients. He also has experience in build to let and student housing.

His previous experience includes: acting on behalf of a major pension fund in the acquisition of the first major Build to Let scheme in Scotland, the redevelopment of the landmark building on Princes Street, Edinburgh and both the acquisition and the sale of a major shopping centre.
