Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Developer and Regeneration Group. Charlotte acts on a broad range of commercial and mixed use property development transactions, investment and leasing. Her experience includes commercial and residential mixed use development site acquisitions, large scale portfolio sales, lettings and asset management. Charlotte has advised property companies on various retail, mixed use and leisure schemes.

Charlotte is the current chair of the West Midlands Women in Property committee.
