Practice notes

Alison is a Consultant in our Commercial group. She specialises in outsourcing, joint ventures and PPPs and supply chain issues for the public and private sectors and has over 15 years experience in commercial contracting arrangements. Prior to this she was a partner in the corporate team and this combined commercial/corporate experience is particularly useful for project managing major commercial transactions.

Her recent experience includes leading and delivering an FM outsourcing for a FTSE 100 client and acting for a bidder on its bid as part of a consortium to the Home Office under the recent passport and identity card procurement run by IPS.

Brexit

The impact of Brexit will not be the same for all businesses. Our Brexit lawyers are working with a number of clients to help them with Brexit planning.
