Daniëlle is an associate in our Banking and Finance group based in Rotterdam. She advises and assists financial institutions in matters concerning compliance with financial law. This includes scope, licensing, passporting, conduct of business rules, capital requirements, governance, fit and proper testing, the regulatory aspects of M&A/finance transactions, as well as on all documentation involved. Daniëlle has a special interest in Fintech and asset management.

 

Relevant experience:

• Assisting a Netherlands based payment institution on several compliance issues;

• Regularly assisting a crowdfunding platform on various legal queries;

• Advising on the regulatory possibilities for Fintech companies;

• Assisting financial institutions when passporting in the Netherlands.

 

Daniëlle completed her legal education at Tilburg University in 2020 where she completed the master business law.
