Practice notes

Kayla is an Associate in our Commercial department at the Bryanston office. She graduated from the University of Witwatersrand with a B.Comm, LLB (cum laude) in 2016 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2019.

She has experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements in respect of various industries, including the ICT industry and security services industry. Kayla has been involved in and attended contract negotiations between large, blue chip companies and has gained an in depth understanding of the intricacies of commercial agreements and contractual relationships. She has a keen interest in intellectual property related aspects of commercial transactions and agreements and has provided training to well-known ICT companies on the protection of intellectual property that vests in developed software and applications.
