Tyron is a partner in the TMT and commercial department in Johannesburg. He acts for a range of clients including those in the IT, telecoms, consumer, banking and insurance sectors.

His expertise includes local and cross border acquisitions, corporate restructuring, black economic empowerment transactions, lending and finance arrangements, competition authority filings and approvals, franchising, outsourcing and offshoring, the drafting, vetting and negotiation of all types of agreements associated with the technology sector specifically large IT projects, IT dispute resolution and public-sector procurement, appeals and compliance.

Tyron was nominated and recognised in the Acritas Stars Survey in 2017, 2018 and 2019 as a stand-out lawyer by clients that were independently surveyed and now features in the Acritas Stars database.
