Yasin Güleç is a certified specialist in labour and employment law and a Senior Associate in the International Labour and Employment Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

He advises and represents national and international companies in all areas of labour and employment law. Inter alia, he focuses on providing labour and employment law advice in the context of restructurings and HR departments. Yasin furthermore supports companies, management boards and managing directors in the design and termination of employment contracts.

Yasin studied law at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and passed his second state exam at Munich Higher Regional Court in 2012. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland in March 2019, he worked in the areas of corporate, labour, employment and social insurance law in Munich and spent several years working for a renowned specialist labour and employment law firm in Munich.

Yasin`s recent experience includes:

  • Advising a globally operating investment company on supervisory board contracts
  • Ongoing advice to an international group of companies on various employment and labour law matters
  • Due diligence on labour and employment law aspects of the takeover of a German company in the hotel/restaurant sector
