Michael has been a business lawyer at corporate law firms for more than twenty years.

Michael has extensive experience of company law matters, mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings and other related issues as well as complex agreements.

He also acts as an external corporate counsel on a Nordic level for a several multinational companies. Moreover, Michael sits on the board for several companies.

Michael is a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2002.
