Kate is a principal associate in the real estate finance team. The real estate finance team is a joint venture between banking and real estate.

Kate regularly advises borrowers and lenders on the real estate aspects of finance transactions including refinance, acquisition finance and development finance. Working closely with the banking group this work also includes coordinating the advice lenders and borrowers require from specialist lawyers from the construction, planning, tax, insurance, or core real estate groups.

Kate has over 20 years of strong experience in the real estate finance market and in all aspects of real estate work including sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold property and investment portfolios and advising on landlord and tenant matters. She is also experienced in advising all stakeholders in relation to the real estate aspects of insolvency and restructuring transitions and on the real estate needs of charities and third sector sports clients.
