Marta is a Counsel based within the energy department of the Madrid Office at Eversheds Sutherland. Her experience includes M&A and commercial advice to both Spanish and international companies, investment funds and trusts. She primarily advices on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance, corporate restructurings, legal due diligence, and strategic commercial contracts.

Her industry focus is in the energy, construction and technology sectors. She also counts with wide experience in recurrent advice concerning infrastructure projects and transactions, particularly in PPP, investments in ports, airports, highways, and parking facilities. She has extensive experience in companies such as Hogan Lovells and Uría Menendez.
