Managing Partner Maivi Ots has more than 20 years of experience with advising companies in many different aspects of business, and Maivi's long-term clientele comprises both local businesses as well as major international corporations.

In the Law Office Maivi deals with issues concerning banking and finance law, corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She is also experienced in insurance law issues.

Maivi is a member of the Board of the Estonian Bar Association; moreover, she is a delegate in the Corporate Law Committee of the Council of the Bars and Law Societies of Europe. Maivi is also a member of such professional organisations as Estonian Lawyers' Association and the International Bar Association.

Maivi's comprehensive competence in the banking and financial law, contract and company law, as well as real property law, has been recognised by independent international publications Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, Legal 500 and Legal Experts EMEA.

Maivi has been a welcomed speaker at a number of public seminars and conferences as well as at corporate training events.
