Practice notes

Todor is an associate in our Competition, EU and Trade team. He advises on a wide range of competition law matters, including: behavioural competition work, such as investigations and competition law compliance; merger control under UK and EU competition law regimes; and the application of competition law to commercial agreements and trading practices.

In addition, Todor has experience in working on high profile competition litigation cases. Todor has also advised a variety of clients on matters involving information exchange and compliance programmes.

Todor is a native Bulgarian speaker and is also fluent in Spanish.
