Ian is a Consultant in the Corporate and Commercial department in the Durban, KZN office. He is a Namibian qualified lawyer with over 13 years of experience in the African and European jurisdictions.

Ian has a transactional practice with a focus on banking and financing as well as corporate matters. He specialises in:

He has significant merger and acquisition experience in the technology, retail, real estate and mining space. The work undertaken also includes competition law advice and prosecuting merger filings on behalf of clients within SADC countries.
