Mark is an associate in our company and commercial group specialising in commercial contracts.

He advises on a broad range of general commercial contracts from a range of different sectors.

Mark has spent nearly four years acting for a FTSE 100 bank reviewing a broad range of general commercial contracts before joining Eversheds Sutherland in November 2017. Since joining Eversheds Sutherland, Mark has been involved in the review of a major Sub-Contracting arrangement and the review of a celebrity endorsement agreement.
