Seapei is an associate in the litigation department.
She graduated with Bcom-Law, LLB and LLM degrees in 2011, 2013 and 2015, respectively, from the University of Johannesburg.
She handles a broad range of litigious matters where she provides advice to clients on South African and Botswana legislation. She has experience in drafting and reviewing pleadings and attends creditors meetings held in liquidation proceedings. Furthermore she has attended motion proceedings and trials in the High Court.
Seapei has an interest in competition law and has assisted in the submission of opinions to clients on whether they have contravened any provisions of the Competition Act 89 of 1998.
