Matthew is a Senior Associate in our Construction and Engineering group. His practice spans most types of dispute resolution, with particular focus on litigation and adjudication; he has successfully resolved disputes using different types of ADR including mediation.

A large part of Matthew’s practice is working with clients toward effective delivery of projects; avoiding disputes pre-emptively and also resolving them through more formal means during the course of the project, where appropriate. He typically works closely with commercial, project and engineering teams in this regard.

Matthew has developed proficiency in infrastructure projects, particularly in relation to rail and water.
