Practice notes

 

Micah is an associate in the London pensions team. Micah qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Eversheds Sutherland a year after qualification. He has experience advising companies and trustees on numerous aspects of pensions law in relation to both defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements.

His recent experience includes advising trustees in relation to the closure of a scheme to future accrual; assisting trustee clients with GDPR compliance; and assisting with pensions due diligence and advice on numerous corporate transactions.

Micah has co-written a practice note on Lexis PSL and is also an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.

Micah has also advocated for several clients on a pro bono basis at social security appeals tribunals.
