Daniela advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, as well as on employment and regulatory related issues.

She is also actively involved in matters concerning privacy, data protection, cybersecurity and anti-money laundering.

Daniela has a solid academic background, being educated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, as well as at the French-Romanian Law College of European Studies - University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She holds a master’s degree in Private law obtained in France from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
