Practice notes

Freya is an associate in our Pensions Group. Freya qualified as a solicitor in September 2012. She advises trustees and corporate clients on all aspects of pensions law.

Freya’s recent experience includes: drafting rules for a new automatic enrolment section of a scheme; advising on the closure to future accrual of various defined benefit schemes; advising in relation to member-nominated trustee arrangements for pension schemes; and advising employers and trustees more generally in relation to amendments to and the interpretation of scheme documents.

Freya is an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
