Practice notes

Victor assists clients in relation to share transfers, business transfers and corporate law matters in connection with acquisition and transfers of listed and unlisted companies. Victor is frequently involved in cross-border transactions.

In addition to working with general corporate matters, Victor assists on issues related to companies with diversified ownership including corporate governance and capital raisings.

Before joining Eversheds-Sutherland, Victor worked for another commercial law firm and also has experience from in house legal departments. He has previously served as a law clerk at Örebro District Court.

Victor is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
