Practice notes

Jen is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management team, specialising in commercial dispute resolution.

Jen advises on a wide range of disputes including contractual based and tortious cliams.

Jen’s notable recent experience includes working alongside the competition team acting for a leading online property portal in relation to a claim heard in the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and advising on a multi-million cross –juisdictional claim arising from a product liability dispute.

Jen has also spent 6 months on secondment at a leading global sports brand, advising on a range of commercial legal issues.
