Deborah is a New Zealand qualified Associate in our finance group.

She advises on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency law with a contentious element, and has experience acting for international private and corporate clients on a range of contentious matters involving insolvency, civil fraud, provision of financial services, and general contractual disputes.

Her recent experience includes acting for lenders in defence of claims for breach of facility agreements; advising the administrators of a company providing collateral risk management services on strategy to preserve assets and further the objectives of administration; and advising the receivers of a retail chain on issues relating to validity of appointment, retention of title claims and termination of supply contracts.
