Sofia’s main areas of practice include Swedish and international commercial law with particular emphasis on capital markets, corporate and M&A.

She is also a lecturer in Company law at Stockholm university since 2015 and a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst from the Corporate Finance Institute.

Sofia is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
