Louise is a Senior Associate in the Consumer Finance team within our Company Commercial practice group.

She specialises in Consumer Credit and has experience both in private practice and in-house.

Her experience includes advising consumer finance organisations on a range of products with reference to the Consumer Credit Act, the regulations under the CCA and the FCA Handbook. Her work covers all aspects of consumer credit documentation, financial promotions, on-going regulatory advice as well as CCA remediations.
