Jill is a senior associate in our Real Estate group.

She advises on a broad range of Scottish Real Estate matters across a variety of sectors. Jill provides advice to both landlords and tenants on Scottish leasing matters. She has experience of acting for property investors on their day to day portfolio management. She acts for both purchasers and sellers on the acquisition of properties for both investment and trade.

Her recent experience includes advising a property investment company on the day to day lease management of their portfolio and on the subsequent sale of a number of properties within the portfolio, negotiating leases and agreements for leases for a UK wide retailer and acting for a property investor in the acquisition of both investment and trading properties.

Jill is Signet Accredited by the WS Society in the area of Commercial Property.
