Mike is a principal associate in our commercial team.

He advises on a broad range of strategic transactions, including for global and domestic clients.

His recent experience includes advising clients in more than 25 countries, including working for Eversheds Sutherland in Dubai, alongside in-house experience at Network Rail and Bombardier Transportation.

An overview of Mike's key experience include advising:

  • A Middle Eastern client to procure and operator and maintainer for its Metro and Tram projects.
  • A consortium on its bid for the Singapore to Kuala Lumpur high speed rail PPP project.
  • An aerospace client on a new strategic partnership project.
  • The winning bidder in relation to its appointment to operate and maintain the California High Speed Rail project, alongside bids in other jurisdictions.
  • A UK Government authority on a range of rail franchising projects.
  • A transport infrastructure manager on three digital railway traffic management system IT procurements.
