Simon Tytherleigh is the Senior Office Partner of the Cambridge office and also the Head of the Employment team in Cambridge.

Simon is a partner in our human resources practice and has over 20 years' experience in employment law. He is listed as a key individual in Chambers & Partners and is described as "a brilliant employment lawyer" by sources. He is highly regarded for his expertise in employment tribunal litigation, as well as his experience with employee terms and conditions, redundancy and TUPE matters. One source comments: "He's technically and intellectually very strong, and also has great client skills."

Simon qualified in 1996 and specialises in restructuring, executive severances and Employment Tribunal litigation. Simon has handled a variety of unfair and wrongful dismissal claims and is also an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate, appearing in complex cases including multiple Claimant discrimination claims, holiday pay and whistleblowing claims.
