Practice notes

Victoria is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources Group. After qualifying in 2000, she joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2004 as an employment lawyer and has experience in advising on all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

Victoria has considerable experience of employment tribunal litigation and has been responsible for tribunal cases throughout her career. She has particular experience handling complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. In addition, Victoria's contentious workload includes unfair dismissal and executive terminations.

In addition to her contentious practice, Victoria also advices in relation to non-contentious matters including large scale redundancies and restructures, TUPE, information and consultation, policy and terms and conditions.
