Practice notes

Daria is an associate at our St. Petersburg office. She advises on various issues in the field of corporate, commercial and employment law. Additionally, Daria has expertise in real estate.

Daria obtained her Bachelor’s (2016) and Master’s degree in Law (2018) from St. Petersburg State University. During her Master’s studies she spent a semester at the Free University of Berlin.

Daria has experience in due diligence work and drafting memoranda on a wide range of issues, including real estate and employment law.

On a day-to day basis Daria advises Eversheds Sutherland’s global clients on specific issues of Russian corporate law.

Daria's recent projects include:

  • advising a well-known fashion house in the Luxury segment on a possible restructuring of its subsidiary’s corporate governance structure in Russia
  • advising Russian subsidiaries of an American engineering corporation on a number of commercial law issues
  • comprehensive legal support to extend the lease for non-residential premises for a subsidiary of one of the largest multinational IT corporations in multiple cities of Russia, including legal due diligence and representing the client in negotiations

In addition to the above, Daria has recently advised clients on the development of different incentive schemes, dismissal issues and employee liability.
