Practice notes

Maxim is a junior associate in the Intellectual Property practice at our Moscow office. He specializes in various IP-related matters such as contractual, litigation and IP registration issues.

Maxim advises on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a focus on legal protection of trademarks, patents, software and databases. He also has experience in unfair competition and data protection matters.

Maxim’s recent projects include participating in patent litigation on behalf of foreign pharmaceutical companies, legal defence against counterfeiting and parallel imports of the products of a global farm and construction equipment manufacturer as well as in a number of the domain name disputes. Maxim also advises international companies on matters related to Russian data protection law.
