Dmitrijs Nemirovskis is an associate and certified data protection officer with over 10 years of professional experience as a sole practitioner, law firm associate and legal counsel specialising in general EU law, EU competition law, EU law of international relations, as well as commercial and corporate law. Dmitrijs gained his professional experience advising international clients on commercial, corporate and compliance matters. He provided instrumental advice as a lead counsel in a range of high-profile sector specific compliance projects and cross-border M&A transactions.

Dmitrijs graduated from King’s College London with LL.M. (Merits) in EU Competition Law. He also holds B.Juris (Summa Cum Laude) in International, European and Comparative Law from Concordia International University. His B.Juris thesis has been distinguished with the Swiss Baltic Net Graduate Award as one of the best research papers of the year. His recent research experience also includes collaboration with P. Lasok QC (Barrister, Head of Monckton Chambers) on updating chapters on the right of establishment and freedom to provide services for the latest edition of the Law of the European Union published by Oxford University Press (edited by D. Vaughan CBE QC and A. Robertson QC).
