Victoria Goldman is the managing partner for Russia and has provided vision and leadership to her team for over 25 years. She is recognized as an “eminent practitioner” (Chambers), providing “both sound legal understanding and exceptional management and business development skills” (Chambers). Her extensive experience in corporate law and M&A transactions give clients a highly respected and knowledgeable specialist with a tremendous presence in negotiations and seamless management. Although Victoria has a special interest in corporate / M&A, she works across all our practice groups and has had clients from almost every major industry in Russia, advising on several major acquisitions in forestry and timber manufacturing, agriculture, tourism and the hotel business, food and beverages, IT, and construction. Victoria is an Attorney-at-Law (Advokat) admitted to the St Petersburg bar (Chamber of Advokats).

Victoria’s recent projects include acting as lead counsel for a listed German development company in an international dispute, overseeing several major acquisitions in Russia by a listed agricultural conglomerate, and acting as lead counsel in an M&A transaction in the pulp and paper industry for a Nordic client.
